Story of Honey CornFlakes

One Fine Day......
in The city of Eunos~
Vannie was bored at home and she decides to bake.
She looked through recipes online, and as usual, she chose the easiest one. "Honey Cornflakes" (3 Steps), "hmmmms this sounds reasonable & fun!" she thought.
Look! :P
Dun misunderstood, the picture above was not baked by her!^^

She started preparing the ingredients.... *preparing in progress*
Ohh it was time to bake!
She looked at the recipe, it wrote "Put into oven for 5 to 7 minutes"
"5 to 7? My maths teacher taught us that we should round up the number to 10!"
& then she puts into the oven for 10minutes! (narrator: oh no vannie!)
After she puts into the oven, she continues preparing for the second batch to be put into the oven.
Suddenly, she smelt something burning.. "Darn it, must be people burnin incense paper for 7th month again"
So she continued preparing... *prepare prepare*
*DING!* The Oven rang.
She hopped happily to the Oven for her honey cornflakes.
She opened the Oven. *Whoosh!* Smoke flew out of the oven!
She was shocked! & disappointed....& so, once again, she tried. This time baking only or 5 minutes..
*Ding*
Ahh! Finally!
Look at the differences!! :x

Moral of the story: 5 Minutes could make a BIIIGGGG difference! Never listen to our teacher about rounding up!^^ (narrator: nono Vannie, you still don't get it)

YAY exams are finally over! SHIOK.
Now 4 weeks of holidays! Finally can enjoy wooots hahas!

Went to queue for the tickets for "Kpop Night Concert" today.
Super loads of people!
Queued for hours!! The queue is moving damn slow!!!
When i got my tickets, its like damn shuang!! Cause after suffering so much.... :X

Teachers' Day, A Visit back to school! :D

Today, we went back to BNSS to find Teachers as they celebrated Teachers' Day today.
Damn cool! I missed the Teachers so much!!! SO excited to see them.
Yeah, of course some rmb the face but forgot my name hahas. :D

Alot of them said that we've changed hahas.
YAY, mission accompished, i saw NURMAH NURMAH NEH~
ahhh regretful, i missed miss sng & couldn't find her after that. & i didn't manage to see Ms Sultanah & Mdm Loh.

Hehe. wanted to see the performances but by the tym we went up the hall, it already ended HAHA.

Yesterday was a looong journey for me.
First i woke up SUPER EARLY.
I went to RP, wanted to fix my com but it was not open.
Then, i went to collect my SHINee shirt @ Khatib.
Next i went to fix my phone @ Tamp.
So i went from Eunos - Woodlands - Khatib - Tamp - Eunos.
The journey was soooo loong going back & forth that even my shoe broke. -.-

At tamp, i was walking & walking when something caught my attention.
Guess what?
It's my dear Lee Kwan Yew, Our best ex-Prime Minister!

Today i woke up late & got hungry.
So i went to meet my parents at the airport to eat Sakae.
Seriously, i totally forgot how to go.. My memory is failing me...
I asked my mum for directions & she told me. But as my memory is too good, i remembered '27' as '67' & took the wrong bus, going all the way back home & i called them.
& Therefore, my whole trip starts again.
Next, i alighted at the wrong stop. I was suppose to alight at T2, but before i alighted, the bus door just closed & went off, making me out of the airport already.
Guess what.. The driver is a China man.. no wonder la -.-
My dad came to fetch me & we walked all the way back in.. the distance was veryy farr..

Yay reached there.. eat & eat & eat.. ate a lot..
I suddenly remembered taking photos when it was already ending hahas.
Anyway, picture speak a thousand words.
Yum Yum YUMMY!

I gotta start working soon, to earn money for the Kpop night concert... Why.. Why must SHINee come?!! :X

I hate partings. :(
Today is the last day of my semester.
& We would have to change our classes the next time we entered our school.

I once said that Hello Baby was cruel, they made people bond & then separate them.
Same things goes for RP.

I can't express myself fully through words but i can say that i really love this class ALOT.
they've only been with me for months but i'm loving them as much as how much i love my sec 4 class, or a little more?
Until now, i still could not accept the fact that we're separating.
I thought it's just a joke or just a dream, and tomorrow we would still see each other in class again.
Unfortunately, it's not.
They said that the 1st class would be the class that you would have the best memories of all.
I've not seen my second class, but hope that it'll be as AWESOME as this class.

I've finally hold back my tears until the end of lessons, but ahh~ why did everyone burst out at the last min when showed a video made.
Ahh~ I can't accept not seeing them! It has already been a habit & it's hard to change a habit.
Oh gosh.. I'm missing them already..

Although there are alot of gl people in there, i'm so used to their gl until even during the weekends, i'm feeling weird. T^T

Went to the Art Museum yesterday.
So high-class right?
Hahas. It's just to get CE points.
I'm amazed by the arts.
I'm initially not an artistic person but i'm greatly inspired by the arts.
There is a touching story behind every art & i've learnt to appreciate it.
Gosh.. I nearly cried when i read one drawing about the ugly duckling.
& The going home trip was supeeeerrr loooong as it's only a ONE WAY trip. :(
I'm glad i managed to survive back..

After reading Diana's latest post,
i'm very touched and suddenly remembered a touching story too.
Not sure if u guys heard it before, cause its very famous.
It's from my memories, so the story may not be 100% right.

-START-

There was a couple who sent his son to the army because of a battle.
One day, this couple received a phone call from their son who have fought in the army.

Son: Mummy, i have a friend who have always been with me in the army, we're lucky that we've survived. But unfortunately, he was badly injured and have lost a leg and a hand. He did not want his parents to find out about his condition, is it okay that i bring him home back with me?

Upon hearing this, the mum was shocked and told her husband and they discussed about it.

Woman(Mum): My dear son, i'm very grateful that he has always been with you, thank him and we shall treat him to a scrumptious meal someday. Sorry dear, but i don't think we can keep him with us, because it's kinda troublesome to take care of a handicap and our expenses would increase. It's actually a big burden to us.

Son: *Sigh* Alright mum, i'll let him know.

A few days later, the couple received a letter from the army.
It was said that his son was killed in the army.
The couple rushed to the hospital that the son was in and was shocked to find out that...
His son had lost a leg and a hand.
The couple cried badly..
"Son, i didn't know that the friend that you said, was yourself. I'm sorry, i didn't know. If it was you, everything would be different. We're family and you'll definitely not be a burden to us, we'll support you no matter what. It's too late for regrets now."

I've just realised something recently.
Humans are all selfish creatures.
No idea why, but everyone wants the best for themselves.
Although they would say to share, but in their mind they're thinking like... "why should i share with you?" & gets jealous easily.

Yes, i've felt this way before.
My head says, "who cares." But then my heart whispers, "you do, stupid."

Too much have happened in my life recently.
Such a big change & i have to get used to it.
SHINee, Family, Frenz & Shawols are my only motivation now.

Just been chosen as another official Kpop admin in charge of dear SHINee. =3
Life's gonna get so much busy from now on...

A quote from my beloved Maynn Unnie which is very meaningful. "When love is lost, do not bow your head in sadness; instead keep your head up high and gaze into heaven for that is where your broken heart has been sent to heal."

Everything is true. Everything happens in our life for a reason. A reason for us to be stronger.

Was very touched by what Onew said yesterday. It just inspirired me to work harder in my life and treasure everything.
Often, i've neglected my own feelings & just making everyone around me smile. That's enough actually, to see the smile on everyone's face actually cheered me up.
Yes, i love every single one that have appeared in my life before as they've taught me to be stronger, to be what i am now.
I may not be strong enough, but at least i can let go of all the unhappiness that have happened everyday and face life with a smile.

Suddenly i wish to treasure everything i have right now before i lose it..
Once again.. my favourite quote.

I was watching a video when there's a story that really touched me.
It's about a boy who got into a car accident 3 years ago and had 4 -5 surgeries.
His mum took care of him everyday.
One day, he recovered. He wanted to thank his mum for everything.
He wanted to prepare a huge feast for her.
When he reached the restaurant, the chef asked him "What does your mum likes to eat?"
He thinks for a very long time.. And then he said.. "I think my mum likes to eat burnt meat"

The moral of the story.
Do you think our parents really love to eat burnt meat?
They just eat it so that we can eat the good food.
Loving is sacrificing and caring for each other.
Our parents have gone through a lot of hardships just to bring us up and they hope for us to be healthy and happy everyday, so we should not disappoint them..

It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.

I've learnt a new thing today, and sharing is caring, so i've decided to share it with everyone here.

Today was really an awesome day.
TGIF.
First to start off with..
Today's lessons..
Yay we got loads of mentos to eat! (it was meant for survey but i finished it all. kekeke)
Also, today was released early because my facilitator had something on..

After that, i met diana and we took cab, rushing down to city hall to get my Lucifer album.
Gosh AWESOME!
*insert 5,000 happy faces*
I was soooo happy!!^o^

After that, we took the train and rushed down to eunos.
I was rushing to Alison's house for musicbank which starts at 4.50pm.
When we reached eunos, it was around 4.38pm and the next bus comes at 4.43, according to the screen.Diana wanted us to take cab again to rush, but... HENG KIA~~
An angellic bus 60 drove pass!
Diana's face was damn epic!
I kept gl her on bus cause it's like see-ing an angel coming to earth.
Instead of running for the bus, she gave that face LOL..

Yeah... Musicbank was AWESOME!I was so happy + excited when SHINee came out!
Alison was quiet by the side while i'm so high then i felt like an idiot so i tried to calm down kekeke~^^;;;
Alison was high too when it was suju turn kekeke~

SHINee's perf today was full of charisma!!! *insert infinite hearts & melts!!*

Madeline, Qianyu and Sukhpreet came to join for dinner after that..
Dinner was nice~

watched "the karate kid" today with diana and roy.
nice movie, only that the ending wasn't well enough.
gosh, i like how kungfu can be applied in our everyday life, and the 'jacket' example in the movie, damn cool.

anyways.. Rino Nakasone talks about SHINee’s Comeback!
she said that their new songs are amazing and absolutely beautiful. it has nice beats running through it and good melody with good lyrics.
she also told us that the lyrics was written by one of the member (curious!!!)
and she gave them great dance movements.
the general theme, unfortunately was not sexy, its somewhat different from the other korea boybands have at the moment.
its almost a bit... funky?
and the design.. if for RDD was red, this is blue...
also, jonghyun's hair is brown now. and 2 people from the group changed their hairstyles dramatically, colour and cut-wise both (I WONDER WHO!!!)

i watched ALL SHINee's music performance yesterday, from debut till now and was really touched. They've changed ALOT. i kinda miss their debut days, when all of them were so cute in their performances.(they're still at cute now, but more professional.)
They are also very professional in covering each other's part when one of the members could not perform.
hmmmms.. singers are so cool. From a normal human being, they debut and become a famous superstar that makes every girl scream for them. From an awkward performance, to a fun stage of their own.. I think when they think back, it'll be a great sense of achievement.
SHINee is also the group that rises the fastest in popularity in korea hahas. cool!

omo! this is so true so i've decided to share..

How do you differentiate a Fan and a Non-Fan in the Kpop Fandom?

-You memorized every member's name by heart.

-Listen to their music more than an hour everyday.

-Knows their favorite stuff by heart

-Watch EVERY variety show that they are in it.

-Checking any new news about them.

-Got upset with Anti's who bashed them.

-Wants to go to Korea JUST to visit the country and see the culture.

-You listen to EVERY song they had recorded.

-Buy all of their albums or collects them.

-Felt like learning Korean

-Memorized all/ a part of their dance routines.

-Smiling to yourself about their funny and dorky moments.

-You want to become famous in your country JUST so you can somehow use your fame to get closer to them.

-Every time you hear about their “ideal girl/guy” you see if you compare… no matter which member it is

-You’re extremely proud of them when they write a song

-Looking for ways to be registered as a member in their official fanclub in Korea.

-You see a “stalking” video on youtube featuring one of the members and feel bad that they can’t get any privacy… but still watch the video.

-You know their birthdays but don’t know your own friends’s birthday

-If a few of the members are missing on a Variety show you can imagine what the missing members would say if they were there

todae.. during break time, the guys brought their guitar and sang.

omo, their voices are... n-i-c-e?

idk why i will have a kind of feeling towards sad or romantic music..

just lyk the chords of the guitar were able to flow into my heart and im able to feel the music.

as they were singing, nostalgia flows through...

there is also a gal wth nice voice! she made her own music and sung it while playing guitar! goshgosh!!

when the guys sing and play guitar, due to his super nice voice, one gal said she wanted to marry hym haha! another said "i love you" LOL. den everyone was quarrelling about being his galfriend.

dey even said tat dey wanted to make a fanclub for hym and asked everyone to join!

those who got his number showed off his number and said selling for $10 HAHA!!!

my class is all filled with the strums of the guitar and it feels damn good, just a warm feeling.

there is even one guy who danced 2pm's new song, without you chorus part.

oh gosh for the 1st tym i wish that the whole day was a BREAK!

alrites. since im been missing out waaaaayyy too much due to school.

i'll try to summarise everything.

RP orientation.

some games were lame. but thanks to our SL, we slacked! xD

and thanks to the orientation, i knew a very very cool person! :D

actually i find the orientation kinda useless cause the frens we made at the orientation didnt appear in our class.

[[ On April 6th (KST), KBS JOY will air its last episode of SHINee’s Hello Baby as the members teared up on screen.

SHINee began season 2 of Hello Baby back in January and has since spent 3 months playing the role of fathers to a young child. Unfortunately, things had to come to an end ultimately, and so the members created a time capsule for their baby to remember them.

During this, leader Onew said, “Would he remember us when he’s turned 20?” This question definitely caused the other members to think deeply as well on whether or not their “son” would remember them.

In the final moments, one particular member tore up and cried himself a river. He was tearing really badly such that the filming had to be suspended for a while as he had a deep affection for YooGeun in the past 3 months. Who was this member? You’ll just have to watch the finale to find out!

Since the first season was a girl group and the second season was a guy group, will the third season be a girl group again? Any guesses as to who will be appearing on season 3? ]]

i finally calmed myself down and im back here!
tried my very best to stop thinking of shinee for even 1 sec but i cant do it.

for some reasons, i was nt able to load my cam pictures into the com.

i could nt rmb everything that happened everyday, cuz.... yeah.

we camped in imm from nite to the nxt morning.

was kinda tired bt didnt realli have a gd sleep.

im having wonderful memories about the showcase and until now, i still cant forget the whole scenario(even though its after 1 day)!

i knw SHINee's trip to sg has brought some unhappiness to them. i hope shawols will at least give them some privacy cuz they're human too. thx.
